Eligibility

We want you to be satisfied with PentestReportAI. If you are unhappy with the Service, you may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase date, provided you have used fewer than 2 report credits during the billing period.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us with your account email and PayPal transaction ID. We will process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days via PayPal.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Request made more than 7 days after purchase
• 2 or more report credits have been used during the billing period
• Account was terminated due to violation of Terms of Service

Subscription Cancellation

PentestReportAI uses one-time monthly payments (no auto-renewal). Your subscription remains active until the end of the 30-day billing period. If you choose not to re-subscribe, your access will downgrade to the free tier automatically. No cancellation action is needed.
