1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PentestReportAI ("Service"), operated by PentestReportAI ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PentestReportAI is a SaaS platform that uses artificial intelligence to help penetration testers generate professional security assessment reports from raw findings. The Service includes a web application and a desktop application.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

The Service offers paid subscription plans billed monthly via PayPal. Subscriptions are non-recurring — you purchase access for a 30-day period each time. Report credits are allocated per billing period and do not roll over. Prices are listed in USD and may change with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must have proper authorization for any penetration testing activities you report on. You may not: (a) use the Service to generate fraudulent or misleading reports; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the Service; (c) share your account credentials with others; (d) use the Service to store or transmit malware.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all data and content you input into the Service. Reports generated by the Service are your property. The Service itself, including its design, code, AI models, and branding, is owned by PentestReportAI and protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process your findings data solely for the purpose of generating reports. The desktop application processes data locally on your device.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be error-free, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated reports before use.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PentestReportAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data deletion requests can be made by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
